Duc Thanh School

This was once a regular haunt of Nguyen Tat Thanh who went on to be immortalised as Ho Chi Minh. Uncle Ho taught here in 1911 before he left for Saigon and his travels abroad. Built at the end of 1907, the school closed in 1912 and was reopened in 1986. There's not much of great interest here, simply a series of classrooms set in manicured gardens, but a must see for die-hard Ho Chi Minh fans.
