Sea Lion Beach Resort & Spa 2

Like its sister resort in Ham Tien, this brand new four-star beauty is set among 6.5 hectares of tropical gardens and alongside a stunning beach. It is, however, more remote and peaceful as its setting is between fishing villages along an undeveloped stretch of coast about 20km south of Phan Thiet. It comprises of 148 rooms and bungalows with some facing the gardens or the sea. There are also three villas, one with a private swimming pool.

Lotus Mui Ne Resort & Spa

This recently renovated, 4-star resort on the beach in Phu Hai to the west of Ham Tien has six types of accommodation, including a good selection of bungalows. Its quiet location away from the busy Ham Tien strip makes it the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Extensive gardens, a great swimming pool and a choice of Western, Vietnamese, Russian and Korean cuisines add to its appeal. All the rooms have balconies, most of them with sea views of Mui Ne.

Mui Ne Ocean Resort & Spa

This beachside resort offers three types of accommodation in bungalows and villas, each fusing classic Vietnamese style with modern amenities. Each room is equipped with a secluded open-air bathroom bringing you closer to nature. Their Ocean Spa offers a plethora of massages, wraps and facial care. All located on an open air terrace facing the beach. The resort also has two restaurants which serve a combination of local and international delights.

Champa Resort & Spa

Enjoy both ocean and mountain views at Champa Resort & Spa south of Phan Thiet. Release your stress in one of the 54 luxurious rooms detailed with 18th century Champa artwork. Free your soul to the magical fingers of the experienced and licensed masseurs. You can explore your wild side with the jet skis, kayaks and surfboards, or enjoy a meal while admiring sunrise or sunset in the restaurant.

Cham Villas

This is a boutique luxury resort run by a German/Vietnamese couple that envelops its visitors in a world removed from everything else. Intimacy and privacy are key here, and all 21 villas have been arranged so that each is hidden from the others. The rooms themselves, with thatched roofs and open bathrooms, are meticulously clean, and the attention to detail is outstanding. Cham-style statuettes and paraphernalia adorn the beautifully maintained, lush gardens. The restaurant serves Vietnamese and western food at reasonable prices, and overlooks the stunning pool. The beach bar serves small snacks. The Ratinger Löwe restaurant next door is claimed by some to be the best German restaurant in Vietnam. Cham Villas was selected as ‘Vietnam’s finest hotel 2009’ by the Vietnam Travel website.

Ocean Dunes Resort Phan Thiet

Located right by the sea, this four-star hotel is the perfect place for a unique holiday with your other half or family. Ocean Dunes Resort Phan Thiet offers a wealth of varied activities suitable for all ages. Enjoy a swim in the pool or sunbathe on the private beach. The hotel also boasts tennis courts, a children’s playground, conference facilities and a wide range of leisure activities. Relax or get energized as you enjoy every day at your own pace.

An extensive list of wines from around the world is also available. For delicious cocktails, drinks or light snacks, visit the Beach Bar and Bar-A-Cuda.

Until recently, this resort was known as the DuParc Phan Thiet Ocean Dunes & Golf Resort, but the beautiful, Nick Faldo-designed golf course is making way for a high-end, multi-purpose complex. If you still want to swing your clubs, the Sea Links Golf and Country Club is not far away.
