Bus – Catching a bus to and from Nha Trang, Dalat, or HCMC is quite easy and can usually be arranged by your hotel. Some buses will only drop you off at the city center, while others offer drop-off at your resort on Yen Ninh Street.
Taxis – Three reliable companies provide taxi service in Phan Rang; Mai Linh, Asia Taxi, and Phan Rang Taxi. All use meters which may seem to roll quickly; but that is because the roads are big and traffic is light. Distance is covered much faster in and around Phan Rang than just about any other location in Vietnam. Taxis park at the train station and along Yen Ninh Street.
Train – The train station is inconveniently called Thap Cham train station but its location is a 1 kilometer from Phan Rang and 10 kilometers to the beach. It will cost about VND 100,000 to get from the train station to any of the resorts along the beach.
Airlines – Phan Rang shares the Cam Ranh Airport with its neighbor, Nha Trang. Some airlines call it the Nha Trang Airport, but it is about the same distance to either city. Most regional airlines and discount carriers fly from the major cities to Cam Ranh Airport, as does Vietnam Airlines.
