Located 17km from Nha Trang, the two islands (Hon Noi and Hon Ngoai) are famous for harbouring birds' nests (Yen Sao), a local delicacy. They are found in caves and made from the saliva of Salanganes. They are then harvested by locals who climb up precarious bamboo ladders to fetch them. Nests come in two colours: white and red. Tours to this island are available from April to December.
