World’s Best Bar Series: Meet Luca Cinalli
The World’s Best Bars Series returns to the Park Hyatt Saigon with celebrity mixologist Luca Cinalli from London. Mr. Cinalli has opened two of the most renowned bars in London and brings his expertise to Saigon. During his stay, he will hold a mixology masterclass on 11 January, during which he will instruct cocktail enthusiasts to prepare three cocktails paired with tasty tapas. After that, Luca Cinalli will be working behind the bar, serving signature cocktails from a self-designed special menu. Soul Live Project welcomes Grammy Award winning Vietnamese jazz trumpeter Cuong Vu for a night of contemporary jazz music. Before the concert, aspiring artists and students have the privilege of a 60-minute chat with Mr. Cuong Vu to hear stories and lessons from his journey. The professor and chair of jazz studies at the University of Washington wishes to inspire and enlighten the next generation of artistes. Following that, the Cuong Vu Trio featuring Stomu Takeishi on bass and Ted Poor on drums will perform a concert like no other in Saigon. New Years Reception 2019: Dancing on the Roof
The German Business Association is hosting their annual New Years Reception in partnership with SkyXX and Z Lounge. New Years Art Reception
The Lotus Art Project presents this fundraising art exhibition at the Fine Arts Museum of Ho Chi Minh City. The funds will go to support the efforts of the Rock Paper Scissors Children’s Fund which funds the creative and cognitive development of disadvantaged children in Vietnam.
