Bordering District 1 the centre of HCMC is District 3. It’s a quieter, more local place with a touch of more scenic surroundings than its manic neighbour. The tree-lined avenues meander around a smattering of foreign consulates, French colonial buildings and up-and-coming dining venues.

District 3 is home to many expats and foreigners who wants to get away from the crazy busy streets of District 1. There are many interesting places to see in this quieter district. Places like the War Remnants Museum, the ever famous Pink Church, and many restaurants or street food stalls that will definitely satisfy your appetite.
