Che is a traditional Vietnamese dessert that can be in the form of a beverage, soup or pudding. It is served in Saigon, Hanoi and other cities, and they will definitely come in different styles depending on where you are. The desert is made of beans, coconut cream, tapioca, jelly or clear grass and various kinds of fruits like durian, lychee, jackfruit, mangoes and the like. Che can be served cold or hot depending on the kind of Che being served.
