On the 8th December, Sorae Restaurant & Lounge held its third anniversary with celebrity customers such as actor Tran Bao Son, singer Bang Di, beauty blogger Chloe Nguyen, and actress Quynh Chi in attendance.
Event highlights included a Geisha dance performance, a traditional Japanese musical instrument performance and—perhaps the most impressive—the ritual cutting of a hamachi fish.
The culinary journey consisted of nine special dishes selected by Sorae Restaurant & Lounge’s head chef Danny Yong. The dishes were made from the highest quality of ingredients, such as Wagyu beef imported from Japan, lobster and hamachi fish.
Located on the 24th and 25th floors of AB Building, Sorae Restaurant & Lounge is a Japanese restaurant serving its sophisticated cuisine, making ita must-see destination for locals in the heart of the city. This is an ideal venue for those who want to enjoy Japan’s unique dining experiences and those who wish to immerse themselves in the beautiful culture of Tokyo in the middle of Saigon.
Sorae Restaurant & Lounge is not only famous for its sashimi and sushi, made from fresh ingredients imported directly to Vietnam from the famous seafood markets in Tsukiji and Osaka of Japan. It’s also gained fans because of its yakitori (grilled meat skewers), made with internationally respected ingredients like Wagyu or Angus beef, baked on the red charcoal grill to bring out the best taste.
