Cafe Central An Dong Welcomes Japanese Cuisine at Konnichiwa Japan

Japanese food is coming to District 5 in Ho Chi Minh City. Café Central An Dong at the Windsor Plaza Hotel will serve up Japanese cuisine from 24 November to 3 December for its special program, Konnichiwa Japan. The buffet restaurant will be hosting chefs from Royal Park Hotels in Tokyo and Yokohama for the special culinary exchange.

Chef Yosuke Suzuki, the chief cook of Royal Park Tokyo’s Genjikoh Restaurant, and Chef Takeshi Yamada, the sous chef at the Shikitei Restaurant at the Park Royal Yokohama, will be helping diners taste the best that the Land of the Rising Sun has to offer.

Besides the special menu, Konnichiwa Japan will also feature a nightly rice cake pounding, as well as a lucky draw on the final night of the exchange. The grand prize winner will receive two round-trip tickets from Ho Chi Minh City to Japan, to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya or Fukuoka.

The dinner buffet will be held from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday, available for VND648,000++ per person, a price that includes a free flow of German draught beer, juice and soft drinks. On Saturday and Sunday, VND738,000++ will get each diner the same luxury treatment.
