Saigon's Districts 10 and 11 are little visited by tourists, but they are gaining popularity with working foreigners as a place to live due to the areas' proximity to HCMC's centre. These districts move at a slower pace than downtown Saigon. Within its confines and worth visiting are Hoa Bien Park and the Vietnam National Pagoda. Some attractions in the area are Fito Museum, the Flower Market and Dam Sen Water Park.
HCMC's Districts 10 and 11 are home to many schools, universities and hospitals. Although not on many travellers' agendas, Districts 10 and 11 offer a number of interesting sights to the more intrepid visitor. Along with a number of pagodas you'll discover Hoa Binh Opera House. Keep an eye out for entire street blocks whose stores specialise in selling one particular product or service.
