Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark 72 - Stellar Steak House

Fancy a meal featuring the best dry-aged meat or teppanyaki you can find in the city, and that while enjoying the panoramic sights of Hanoi from the 62nd floor? Sit down with a glass or two of premium whisky, as you savour the experience of Stellar Steakhouse in the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 building.

One Home, Six Concepts

Stellar Steakhouse features six concepts. A steakhouse; a teppanyaki area; private dining room; cheese room; butcher area and a whisky bar. Inspired by the glamour of Hollywood, the nostalgic atmosphere is perfectly encapsulated by the architecture, decorations, the theatrical vibe and the sophisticated dishes on offer.

Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark 72

Designed with the high-end customer who’s looking for something out of the ordinary in mind, you can expect a variety of services that are unique to this establishment. From a bespoke butcher’s service with recommendations on the right cuts, to a range of signature house-aged meats. Expect to be pampered by a team of knowledgeable and passionate professionals.

Specially Prepared In-house

The restaurant features Himalayan salt brick-lined aging refrigerators where all its signature meats are aged. The salt helps to purify the air, leaving the meat with a slightly sweet flavour yet still retaining the distinctive dry-aged taste.

Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark 72

Besides meat, you can also find a range of healthy salads using fresh local ingredients such as zucchini flowers and Dalat artichoke. The one-of-a-kind cheese room features a wide selection of cheese and cold-cuts with one of the most extensive wine cellars to be found in Hanoi.

Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark 72

If you could compare your meal to a diamond ring, then having Stellar’s chocolate fondant would most likely be the 24k gold ring snuggling your finger. It is one of the most luxurious and sophisticated desserts you can find in Vietnam dand it is decorated with a 24k gold leaf.
