Hair Salons / Nails

At most salons around Hanoi, VND100,000 will buy you a hair wash and a head massage. If you're willing to part with a little more cash, many of Hanoi's luxury salons offer the services of experienced hair gurus at rock-bottom prices that would be unimaginable back home; take advantage of it while you can. Nail art can run you anywhere from VND20,000 to upwards of VND500,000, depending on the design.

Pamper yourself at one of Hanoi's numerous hair and nail salons. Typical treatments include hair washing, cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring, head massage, body and foot massage, manicures and pedicures and nail art and painting. Most salons employ highly-skilled and experienced technicians, but if in doubt be sure to ask before going ahead with a particular treatment or service. Expect to pay in the range of VND100,000 for a basic hair wash and head massage.
