Nui Bai Tho

Translated to Poem Mountain, Nui Bai Tho is one of the best spots in the bay to take in the view. In 1468, Emperor Le Thanh Tong was inspecting the area and became so overcome by the beauty of his surroundings that he composed a poem and had it carved into a 106 metre high mountain. It has since faded, been re-carved and joined by the work of other poets like Lord Trinh Cuong.
