Celebrate the festive season in style with fine dining at Reflections Restaurant. Tucked away above the twinkling lights of Lam Son Square, Reflections presents two sensational menus for the holidays. Accompanied by the soothing strains of a live jazz band and flutes of fine champagne, these decadent meals are perfect for an intimate feast with friends and family.
On Christmas Eve, Executive Chef Darren Watson will present a four-course menu starting with foie gras and sous vide lobster and ending with rich German stollen and warm mince pies. Your choice of classic roast turkey with truffles and confit turkey leg or roast fillet of Turbot with forestiere garnish is followed by dark chocolate orange crème with a kick of cognac ice cream.
On New Year’s Eve, Reflections’ lays its tables for the last meal of the year with Carabinero prawns with smoked beef tartare, roast duck liver flavoured with sweet orange and raisins and roast French wood pigeon stealing the show. A light and tropical cremeux with coconut and lime will end the exquisite five-course line-up, while you can linger over the coffee course with hand-rolled chocolate truffles.
The whole family is invited to join the fun this year, as Reflections serves a Children’s Set Dinner to delight youngsters with mini-menus, Christmas cookies, chocolate sundae and more.
