Vietnamese people certainly have plenty to say about family affairs.

Family is the cell of the society in Vietnam, a cradle where men are brought up to contribute to the construction and defense of the Fatherland. Family is an important environment for personality formation and education development. Good families form the high quality of society, which is one of the most important things in the country's growth and development. Family members are obliged to look one after another, take care of the relatives, and offer any kind help needed.

It is not some sort of a bumper sticker or a moral lesson. Family concept can be found officially filed in Vietnam’s 2013 Constitution and the 2000 Marriage and Family Law document. Importance of the family is one of the most important issues in Vietnam that takes a very serious place in people's mind.
