Vietnamese Man Banned From Flying For Harassment
Vietnamese aviation authorities have banned a male passenger from flying in a period of nine months for harassment on a flight last month.
41-year-old Nguyen Xuan Thanh from Hanoi committed the act on three female passengers seated in front of him during the Vietnam Airlines flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi on June 24.
According to the crew, the man also repeatedly insulted and yelled at the flight attendants.

Other details of his behavior were not revealed.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has since banned the man from flying starting July 15, 2017 to April 14, 2018 on a charge of “disrupting order on a flight”.
He will not be able to fly in any domestic and international flights in Vietnam.
He will also be put under strict surveillance when flying in the 6 months following the end of the ban.
In Vietnam, airline passengers are usually banned from flying after violating security regulations although harassment cases are generally rare.
