Mount Fansipan

9km Southwest of Sapa, Sapa, Vietnam |

Fansipan is the highest peak of Indochina at 3,143m above sea level. The hike to the summit takes from 1-3 days, depending on fitness, but a few operators offer the 1 day option. Don’t underestimate this hike. It is a challenge.

Prime climbing time is between October and April, but it is still possible at other times of the year, weather dependent.
